Camera Ready Art - Customer must supply clear, sharp, solid black and white imagery that needs no further preparation or touch-up. A fax, letterhead, scan or photocopy is not considered camera ready.

Screen Printed Products - For products ordered with multi-colored imprints, a registration tolerance of plus or minus 1/32" lateral movement may occur for a total of 1/16". This tolerance meets industry standards and must be considered acceptable.

4 Color Paper Inserts - Artwork for paper inserts will need to be curved. GCDC will curve the art at no extra charge. PMS and metallic colors cannot be guaranteed with digital printing. When creating artwork for digital printing please keep all important information at least 1/8" away for die edge. It is difficult to match patterns, wraps and lines across seams due to the limitations in the printing and die cutting process. Artwork for inserts should be vector line art or raster images 300dpi or higher, CMYK format limited to 4 colors. Templates given upon request.

Disk Information - Artwork may be sent on a DVD or CD-ROM or hard copy. If artwork is created on PC, save your files in a format to be opened on the Macintosh. All fonts must be converted to outlines. A composite high resolution print or pdf file must accompany the disk. This will assure that there are no missing elements on the disk.

Email - Art work sent via email must be compressed to prevent file corruption during the email process. Suitable compression software include Alladin Stuffit (.sit or .sea) and .zip files. Send artwork to
